Top 10 Posts – Ninth Edition

No daily writers challenge today, because I just gotta say…

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

If it were not for you, the people who actually read this blog, this particular milestone would have never been reached. Yesterday UhW hit 9/10th of our initial goal of 1000 posts. Just a hundred more—98, after this one, actually, and our first goal is accomplished, and I gotta tell you, it’s been a wild ride so far.  Our first post was on January 27th of this year, and at the time 1000 posts sounded like… well, like Sisyphus rolling that rock up the hill.

If we can keep up this pace, we’ll reach the 1000 post mark by early September.

If you follow the Blogosphere series, you’ll have an idea of why that first 1000 posts is important, and why I’m excited about it.

Well, that’s it.  902 down, 98 to go.  Of course then I’ll start on the second 1000… but there may be a surprise or two when we reach that point.  Stay tuned, and, yeah… thanks.

And now, the Top Ten of the last 100:

  1. Well, you should get some ‘extra’ visits today, because I always make it a point to review the top ten. In other words I’ll be back throughout the day to read them.
Great going, Richard. (and thank YOU.)

  2. Congrats, Rik!

    Now, let’s get this party started . . .
